On the 4th of July we headed out to Yuba Lake for a day on the boat.
Jaden and his wakeboarding skills….
Haylie was a great boater baby–luckily all of our kids have been great on the boat since they were babies. She just ate and slept and relaxed all day.
The kids had a blast playing on the beach–it’s a giant sandbox! Annie loved getting all muddy and then washing off in the water. She did this all day long! Brandon liked being a mud monster and chasing everyone.

We had lots o’ fun hanging out with the fam, wakeboarding, laughing, playing, and eating.
We got home in time to do fireworks with the neighbors, but I didn’t stay long as the girls were falling asleep. What a fun day!!

Holy cow!! Your kids are getting so big! The last time I saw you was at Thanksgiving at your parents house 5 years ago…I think your little boy was about 1-ish. I haven’t ever met your little girls…but they are so dang cute!

I love Yuba. That’s definitely a cooler way to spend your 4th. I love the sand castle. The picture of you and Jaden is great. You always take the cutest pictures! I think you need to teach lessons on how to use my camera.

What a fun day at the lake! There is NO BETTER way to celebrate summer holidays than on the lake! Oh, & I love that every little girl I know has that SAME life jacket!
